Our Region
Rural, urban and suburban communities make up the central Ohio region. MORPC is committed to building a better region in Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, Ross and Union counties.
Dramatic changes will occur in the central Ohio region in the next 25 years. Over 500,000 new people are expected to move into the region, raising the total number of residents to approximately 2.5 million by 2030. These figures imply significant change for all communities of the region in coming years.
